Following GRA's decision to concentrate on its core regeneration activities and become Jobs & Business Glasgow, Media Solutions customers and projects have been transferred to our care, here at Digital Dexterity Ltd. 

If you are a Media Solutions customer, you should see no change in the service you are receiving and we're keen to continue to offer you the same high standards you've come to expect. Q. Will your contact details change?
A. Email and web addresses will stay the same, but we have a new postal address and phone number as shown below.

Q. Will existing contracts remain valid?
A. Yes. All Media Solutions' contracts will be honoured by Digital Dexterity.

Q. When did Media Solutions customers transfer to Digital Dexterity?
A. The final date for the company trading as part of GRA was 13th May 2012.

Q. I have received an invoice. Who should I pay?
A. Please pay the company stated on your invoice. Invoices issued prior to June 2012 should be paid to Glasgow's Regeneration Agency Ltd.
