- Don’t look at your competitors sites and envisage a site that encapsulates the above.
- Now, look at your competitors sites and be amazed at how they’ve ignored number 1.

This almost always means keeping it simple, limiting the number of choices your visitors have to make and great photography that covers an infinite amount of words in one picture.
